Have you ever met negative astral entities when you were astral travelling? Did they scare you? How did you deal with them? I am curious to hear stories of astral travelers who have met negative entities in the astral realms.

remembering that astrals come from people of some description and that there are good and bad people, it is inevitable that "bad astrals" will be encountered. the problem is being able to recognise them as such, especially as most people are not in conscious control of their astral experience.

i would say an important defensive measure if you even suspect that you are having out of body experiences is to mentally prepare a trigger for yourself, something along the lines of "if i lose control, i return to myself". some have suggested an image or word trigger to return to yourself. i recommend against this unless you are definitely only astralling with full conscious control, otherwise you would not have the control or awareness to use any such trigger.

I am not sure if i do have astral traveling experiences but i do remember feeling that i am while having a deep sleep. I could be awake feeling somewhat tired as if i have activities done while i am sleeping.
